Contest Rules



  1. Eligibility: Open to all residents of Canada aged 18+. Employees of, contractors for, alpha@play and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  2. Contest Period: Begins at 9:00am CST, October 1st 2025, and ends January 31st, 2026. Winning tickets will have till June 30th, 2026 to claim their prize.
  3. How to Enter: Five winning tickets are hidden in randomly selected spools of alpha branded filament sold at alpha@play. If eligible, you are automatically entered when you purchase a spool of eligible filament. To be eligible to win, you must provide your contact information at the time of purchase to validate your winning purchase.
  4. How to Win: If you find a winning ticket, bring the product with a winning ticket back to the store during business hours to claim your prize.
  5. Prize Selection:
    • Winners choose from five prizes in the order they arrive at the store with their winning tickets.
    • If two winners arrive at the same time, the lower index number on the ticket decides the order.
    • Once a prize is chosen, it is no longer available. Prizes are final, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  1. Photography: Winners agree to be photographed with their prize for use on alpha@play’s social media and advertising.
  2. Prohibited Actions:
    • Opening multiple products in-store or tampering with tickets will result in disqualification.
    • Excessive returning of purchased spools of filament during the period of the contest will result in disqualification from the contest, at the discretion of the alpha@play staff.
  1. General Conditions:
    • alpha@play reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in case of fraud, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
    • The store’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
    • Winners release alpha@play from any liability related to participation or prizes.
  1. Privacy & Liability: Personal information taken at the time of purchase will be used to administer the contest. alpha@play is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or prizes.
