For Creality printers, visit the official Creality Download Center and select your printer model to find its firmware and update instructions.

For Original Prusa printers, use Prusa’s official support resources . For the Snapmaker U1, visit Snapmaker’s U1 support page .

Choose firmware for your exact model and hardware version, and follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions.

Start with software that includes a supported profile for your exact printer:

• Creality filament printers: Creality Print is Creality’s current slicing software. Check that your printer model is supported.
• Original Prusa printers: PrusaSlicer .
• Snapmaker U1: Snapmaker Orca , which is optimized for the U1.

Select the correct printer, nozzle size, and filament profile before slicing. Resin printers require compatible resin slicing software rather than a filament-printer profile.

Have your printer model, serial number, purchase details, and a description of the problem ready. Photos or a short video can help explain what is happening.

For warranty questions, contact us with your proof of purchase so we can discuss the next steps. Coverage and replacement parts depend on the manufacturer’s warranty and the issue.

The procedure depends on your printer. Follow its setup guide and run its bed-levelling or calibration routine if it has one. Printers with manual adjustment knobs need a different procedure from models with automatic levelling.

Bed levelling is about the distance between the nozzle and the print surface—not whether the printer is level with the room.

Some printers also need first-layer height adjustment. For example, the Prusa MINI+ has a First Layer Calibration procedure. Follow your model’s instructions rather than applying another printer’s settings.
